Developed strategic plan and information memorandum for investors for a major California-based electronic waste recycler, secured a coveted presentation opportunity at the 2003 CleanTech Venture network forum in New York that resulted in serious interest from 6 potential investors.

Conducted a financial and operational feasibility study on composting of organic waste for a world-renowned, community recycling organization. Subsequently developed and managed the implementation of the related marketing/sales program.

Developed and implemented strategic marketing plan for Colorado-based electronics recycler based on the principles of sustainable business. Successfully positioned company as the most environmentally responsible end-of-life e-waste recycler in the Rocky Mt. region which led to a doubling of business in a 12 month period. Led business development function on interim basis.

As interim COO for emerging energy services company, instituted cash flow management systems resulting in a 20% reduction in monthly “burn rate”.

Produced a comprehensive Memorandum of Sale for Californai-based envirnmental laboratory company and conducted nationwide search for possible buyers.

Assisted a unique green building materials company to formulate an  expansion strategy, including development of an information memorandum for potential strategic partners and/or technology licensees. Efforts eventually led to merging of company’s proprietary technology into a major regional building products company.
